The average house inspection takes approximately 2 hours and includes a full written report. Is recommended that the buyer be present to receive the full benefit of the inspection. 24 hour notice is preferred but immediate service is available. We have over 5,000 satisfied customers!
Our Guarantee
There is no guarantee attached or implied to the written report. It is strictly opinion based on far more knowledge of homes than the average buyer has. If for any reason the client is not satisfied, however, the full cost of inspection will be refunded. In accordance with Oregon Home Inspection Standards of Practice, Mr. Ettinger declines to do any of the repair work on the defects he finds.
